Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of LoveSVG, operated by Inmagine Lab Pte Ltd(“we”, “us”), 11 Collyer Quay, #17-00, The Arcade, Singapore 049317. By creating an account or using LoveSVG, you agree to these Terms, our License and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use LoveSVG.

What LoveSVG is

LoveSVG is a free library of SVG cut files for Cricut, Silhouette and laser cutters, and a set of free tools to make your own: a name maker, photo and PNG to SVG, a cut file editor, gift box and laser box makers and a keychain maker. You can browse without an account; downloading needs a free account.

Accounts

You sign up with Google, or with an email address and password that you confirm with a code we email you. You must be at least 13 years old, and if you are under the age of majority where you live, you need a parent or guardian's permission. The information you give us must be accurate. One account per person. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your password safe. Tell us promptly at support@lovesvg.com if you think someone else has used it.

Designs and the License

What you may do with designs and with files you make in our tools is set out in the License. In short: personal use and small-business use on physical products you make are allowed, within limits; sharing or reselling the files themselves is not.

Your content

You keep ownership of the text you type and the pictures and SVGs you add in our tools. Photos and SVGs you open in the tools are processed in your browser. When you save an editor project to your account, you give us the limited permission we need to store it and show it back to you. You are responsible for what you add and must have the right to use it, including any names, brands, characters or artwork that belong to someone else.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use LoveSVG to make or share anything unlawful, infringing, defamatory, hateful or harassing;
  • scrape, crawl or bulk-download designs, or use automated tools to access LoveSVG beyond normal search engine indexing;
  • use anything from LoveSVG to train or improve AI or machine-learning models;
  • create several accounts, or share an account, to get around download limits or other limits;
  • try to break, overload, reverse-engineer or get around the security, bot checks or rate limits of LoveSVG.

Our intellectual property

LoveSVG, its designs, tools, software, text and branding belong to us or our licensors and are protected by law. These Terms give you no rights in them beyond using LoveSVG as intended and the rights in the License.

Changes to the service

LoveSVG is free, and we may change, add or remove designs and features, set download limits, or suspend or stop the service, at any time and without notice. Keep your own copies of files and projects that matter to you.

Third-party services

Parts of LoveSVG rely on other companies, including Google (sign-in), Amazon Web Services (hosting and email), Cloudflare (bot checks) and OpenRouter and OpenAI (search by meaning). Your use of those features may also be subject to their own terms. See the Privacy Policy for what they receive.

Disclaimers

LoveSVG is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent the law allows. We don't promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, or that a design will cut well on your machine: results depend on your machine, blade, material and settings. Our new designs pass an automatic cut-ready check; classic designs are provided as they are. Test cut before using expensive material.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage of any kind arising out of or relating to LoveSVG, whether direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential, including lost profits, materials, time or data, even if we were told it might happen. You use LoveSVG at your own risk. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that can't be excluded by law.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your use of LoveSVG, products you make, or your breach of these Terms, the License or someone else's rights.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using LoveSVG at any time, and ask us to delete your account by emailing privacy@lovesvg.com. We may suspend or close your account if you breach these Terms or the License, or use LoveSVG in a way that is unlawful or harmful.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have jurisdiction over any dispute, without regard to conflict-of-law rules and subject to any mandatory consumer protections in your country.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will change the date above, and tell you about material changes where appropriate. Using LoveSVG after changes take effect means you accept them.
