How to make a gable box
- Set the inside size: width and depth are the floor, height is the walls below the roof.
- Download the SVG and upload it to Design Space. Click the fold lines layer and change its operation from Basic Cut to Score, then select everything and click Attach so the folds stay in place.
- Cut on cardstock. Fold every score line, then glue the side flap inside the first wall to make a tube.
- Close the bottom: tuck the small flaps in, then fold the bottom panel over and tuck its flap. Fold the roof panels in over the pointed side walls and glue the two handle panels together.
- Want a name? Type it in the maker: it can be cut through the front as a window, or as its own piece in another color. For more lettering, try the name maker.
